A new scam is promising recipients that you can test and keep an Apple iPad. What you are really testing is the power of human-driven viral marketing scams. Instead of you getting a free gift, you'll be giving the scammers the keys to your virtual kingdom.

Color My MacBook Scam
Facebook users are constantly plagued with scam offers for a free MacBook Air. The pitch starts with a Facebook message from a friend of yours (aka victim) who recommends the "FREE Mac-Book - Product Testers Wanted [Participation Required]" program. Not only will you be spending wads of cash to qualify, you'll be selling your friends out in the process.

Kim Jr: Scammer at Law
This bogus email tries to trick you into believing it's private correspondence from an attorney. If you fall for the trick and reply, you'll be kicking off the infamous Advance Fee Fraud scam.
